Author Guidelines
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check the following items:
- Submitted papers must NOT have been previously published or accepted for publication.
- To facilitate the blind review process, remove ALL authors identifying information, including acknowledgments, from the text. Please provide a separate sheet including the details about the authors.
- The entire paper (title page, abstract, main text, figures, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE word document format.
- The maximum length of the paper is 40 pages (including ALL tables, appendices and references). The paper format should follow the APA journal's guidelines.
- Use Times New Roman 12-pitch font, double spaced, and 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around.
- Number all of the pages of the paper.
- Check that the paper prints correctly (i.e. all imported figures and tables are there), and ensure that the file is virus-free.
- The references should be written in APA style.

The manuscript must be submitted electronically in PDF format to: jfbms@rgnpublications.com or editor.jfbms@gmail.com
Upon Acceptance: Once an article is accepted, Publisher will require the digital file of the article along with associated figure files.
The decision on a paper is taken within 2 weeks after its submission.
Article Processing Charges (APC):
- Foreign Authors: US$35 per article
- Indian Authors: INR 1000 per article
FREE PUBLICATION: APC will not apply to all Articles submitted between 01.11.2024 to 31.12.2024.
